Gemtek LoRa Gateway is specifically designed to connect with LoRaWAN sensors that feature long-distance, low-cost, and battery-powered capabilities while being deliberately positioned under harsh environments or wide-area surroundings. Its applications are similar to the star topology configurations of mobile network base stations. The sensor can be established and deployed as the last mile transponder to solve sensor connectivity issues when the sensor is located on the edge of or beyond signal coverage range. The product’s aim is to provide economical and extensive signal coverage for the entire service area.
