Gemtek Technology once again proudly joins the “2025 TALENT, in Taiwan – Taiwan Talent Sustainability Action Alliance.”
At Gemtek Technology, talent sustainability has long been a key part of our development strategy, as we believe that talented people are the foundation of long-term business growth. That is why we are committed to building a supportive work environment that promotes a dynamic and sustainable talent ecosystem, enabling us to attract and retain exceptional professionals.
This year, we pledge to implement the following talent sustainability initiatives:
《Purpose and Value》
Gemtek remains dedicated to hosting events such as “A Meeting with the General Manager” and seminars on sustainability trends and human rights. These activities bring together employees and managers at all levels to communicate the company’s vision, sustainability mission, and business strategies, reinforcing our organizational purpose and values. We also offer a peer mentoring program to support new employees in adapting to our corporate culture and fostering a stronger sense of belonging in the workplace.
《Diversity and Inclusion》
We are committed to following the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards, international regulations, and local laws in establishing and maintaining our internal policies and systems. These efforts are aimed at ensuring fairness in recruitment, compensation, promotion, and employee development, and at preventing discrimination based on race, color, religion, nationality, gender, age, disability, sexual orientation, or pregnancy. We also provide ongoing training on human rights and anti-discrimination to help foster a respectful, inclusive, and equitable workplace.

Each year, Gemtek sets performance targets aligned with operational goals and provides performance-based or signing bonuses to strengthen our performance-driven reward system. We regularly take part in market salary surveys to keep our compensation practices competitive and address potential pay inequities. Moreover, we encourage employees to join the Employee Stock Ownership Trust, allowing them to share in the company’s success, strengthen their loyalty, and improve retention.
《Mind and Body Wellness》
We care deeply about the physical and mental well-being of our employees. We provide regular health checkups, encourage participation in wellness seminars and charity sports events, and offer on-site physician consultations along with self-service
health screenings. We also maintain dedicated spaces such as lactation rooms and break rooms to support a healthy, safe, and welcoming work environment for all staff members.

We implement annual training plans, offering competency-based programs tailored to different roles and job levels, ensuring equal access to learning and career development opportunities for all employees without discrimination.
《Communication and Engagement》
We value employee feedback and provide multiple communication channels that allow colleagues to freely and anonymously share suggestions or report misconduct without fear of retaliation. We guarantee that all feedback is thoroughly addressed and responded to. Additionally, we conduct annual employee satisfaction surveys to guide future organizational improvements.
